Does Evil Greed cover the shipping costs?

We do not cover return shipping costs. However, we are using our parcel rates and carriers to offer you a wide network of potential drop-off points and insured tracking.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 7 days after your return was delivered back to our warehouse.

How long is the return label valid?

The return label continues to be valid for 10 days after creating it through our portal.

Which carrier can I use to return items?

You will find this information in our return portal. If you create a label through the portal, it will be DHL or UPS, depending on your country. If you decide to self-post any items, feel free to choose a carrier of your choice that offers international shipments to Germany and include a note with your name and order number. If you are returning items from a non-EU country, please declare your shipment as a return of goods.

What does "Self-Post" mean?

Self-post means that you send your returns by individually taking care of packing, addressing and declaring your shipment, and paying the necessary service and transportation fees - not using our return portal.

I received a damaged product. Do I need to return it?

Not in all cases. Please reach out to our support team and we will find a solution.

Can I return items directly at your warehouse?

Yes, please choose "Drop-Off at Store Location" in our return portal.
